Rollingwood Swim Club
Swim Team (2017)
The Seals swim in Division 2 of the Central Maryland Swim League (CMSL). The program provides a fun and competitive atmosphere for swimmers of all ability and runs from the beginning of June through the end of July with daily practices on Monday through Friday with five dual meets scheduled on Saturdays throughout the season. Swim Team registration is open to kids of all ages as long as they are active members. The main qualification for our younger swimmers is that they are able to swim one lap of the pool (25 meters) unassisted.
The Seals swam their last dual meet of the season against Roland Run on Saturday, July 22nd. It was a close one but the Seals were narrowly edged out by the Wynnewood Warriors with a score of 250.5 to 236.5. This means that the Seals finish with a record of 2-3 in CMSL Division II. Thanks to all of our coaches and swimmers for a great regular season!!!
Congratulations also to our graduating seniors (Jake Alokones, Allison Campbell, Victor O'Toole, John Perry, Maggie Stein, Brittany Stevens, Adam Szarko, and Rebecca Younts).
